Ojukwu Celebrates his 78th birthday on a wheelchair.

The famous Ikemba Nnewi; Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, celebrated his 78th birthday recently on a wheelchair.

Though he was not there physically, his friends, well wishers and family all came together to celebrate him. Its been almost a year since he fell sick but the achiever still lives.

The show is to premier on December 5th by 9 pm

Jim Iyke in court over N15 Million Naira Fraud - 234 NEXT

Film actor, Jim Iyke, 35, was on Thursday arraigned before an Abuja Chief Magistrates' Court charged with N15 million fraud.
The Police Prosecutor, Mr Chijoke Okezie, told the court that on Aug. 8, Habiba Abubakar wrote a petition to the Inspector General of Police (IG) to investigate the fraud.He said that investigation into the case revealed that the accused, a resident of Sunnyville Estate, Abuja, deceived Abubakar into acquiring 15 per cent equity shares to the tune of N15 million from his company, Untamed Records Ltd.

Boko Haram Claims the life of Fresh UNN graduate serving in Yobe State.

With a sad heart I wish to inform you that the dreaded Boko Haram sect claimed the life of a fresh UNN graduate Eucharia Remigu who was serving in Yobe state. She was a member of The Abiding Word Gathering, a campus fellowship that is known to many.

Some of you may also identify her from the Nollywood movie Black Berry Babes. Where she played a role as the maid to Oge Okoye. She finished with a B Sc. in Psychology in 2010 and she was in active service to the country as a youth Corper. May her soul rest in Peace.

Boko Haram Kills about 50 people in Damaturu, Yobe State.

According to the Red Cross, about 63 people are dead as a result of a series of bombs and gun attacks in the North Eastern Town of Damaturu.

According to reports, they hit a lot of churches and Institutions. Several people are said to have fled the town. It has been reported that the attacks were carried out by the Islamist Boko Haram Group. Nigerian Red Cross official Ibrahim Bulama, in Damaturu, told the BBC at least 63 people had been killed.This event took place on about the 4th of November.

She recently conducted an interview with BET and this is what she said: "I’m in the studio every single day no matter if I work 18 hours a day, I’m always in the studio so I’m really taking this very serious. I’ve always wrote music, but it has always been something very personal for me. But I brought my music to Wiz one day and showed him everything and he was blown away. He was like, ‘Baby, you have to do this. Like, you have to. I know you’re quiet, I know you’re shy’ but you know when I’m in the studio, I’m like Sasha fierce. Nigerian man forces daughter to become his personal sex slave.

A lot of creepy things have been happening in the country these days but who would have though that such a thing could be happening.

 In the top picture is a Nigerian man "Elijah Sonoye" who claims to be a prophet. Below is his daughter who he has turned into a sex slave. According to his daughter, he started having sex with her in January and he warned her not to tell anyone or she would die. He even went to the extent of telling her that God had directed him to be the only one sleeping with her. He has been arraigned in the Magistrate court.

Na wao! The 17 year old Justin Bieber is now immersed in a paternity suit filed by the 20 year old Maria Heather.

Governor Rochas Okorocha now paying monthly allowances to Imo school children.

The Governor of Imo state "Rochas Okorocha" has just brought a new innovation to Imo state.

On the first of November he commenced the payment of funds to Primary and secondary school students.

The primary school pupils will receive N100, while their secondary school counterparts will get N120.

Primary school monitors will get N120, while prefects in the secondary schools will receive N150.

It may seem like little but if these funds are retained for the children by parents, school authorities or whatsoever, they can be saved and paid at the end of schooling or collected by the student./pupils monthly or yearly.

Report has it that the Edo state Governor, Adams Oshiomole has named a street after the deceased Nollywood Actor.
